Missing documents for a member, enrolment, termination, return to work forms, etc. | January 1, 2017 | Upon having to contact an employer three times annually to request forms or documentation for a member, the employer will be charged an administration fee of $30 for all subsequent requests in that year. |
Late Contributions | January 1, 2017 | A $60 fee will be charged to the employer to cover the cost associated with calculating interest owing on late contributions. |
Arrears | January 1, 2017 | An administration fee of $60 per hour billed in half-hour increments with a minimum charge of $60 will be applied to employers that fail to enrol employees or remit contributions on time and it creates an arrears situation requiring a calculation of contirbutions and interest owing. |
